  • HISTORY

           The Waver family’s journey in the cleaning business began in 2000, when Thelma Waver started Showplace Cleaning Services. She embarked on this journey with the expertise that developed from her mother Vernona Waver, $100, her own household cleaning supplies and one client. With “Word of Mouth” being her only marketing tool, Showplace Cleaning Services went from grossing 1 client to 18 residential customers and several cleaning contracts with apartment communities and real estate contractors by its second year! For twenty years she operated the business under this name and provided residential and commercial cleaning services to areas extending the Tri-State area. In 2020, Thelma retired from the cleaning business and gave ownership to her daughter, NeKisha Waver who changed the name to “Waver’s Professional Cleaning”. To honor her mother and grandmother’s legacy in providing top notch cleaning services with a sincere strictness, expertise and in-depth passion!

  • A Family Business That Means BUSINESS

    The “Wavers Family Legacy” in the cleaning service field is continued by NeKisha and her daughter, Dymand Elliott-McKitric. Dymand has worked alongside Thelma and NeKisha and has obtained an expertise in the cleaning and janitorial industry. Dymand is General Manager of Operations, providing training and supervision over Waver’s cleaning staff. Over the years, she herself has developed a passion for the business, and works hard to provide the ultimate customer satisfaction experience!

Waver’s Cleaning incorporates all disinfecting and sanitation guidelines and is educated in Infection Control and practices to decrease the spread of Covid.

We use EPA approved products to disinfect, sanitize and clean businesses, facilities, and homes.
